Photo Restoration
and Manipulation
Image manipulation: making images show things which could never be done in the past, traditionally.
This is a composite of 7 different images.
I blended them all together to achieve this frame by frame look at a skate trick.
I made this image from my own photographs. I set it up to shoot from a fixed position and capture rate of 5 frames per second. I then later composited this image out of the frames I took, layering this chap over each last layer.
Blending images together to form new objects.
You can see here, the moon and a microphone meet to form a whole new image.
I also can create panoramic photographs. Gaining maximum detail of subjects and places.
As you can see from this animation,
this image was fairly damaged.
A giant tear down the middle, blue ink spilled on and fold marks everywhere make this old photograph look terrible in its original state.
The client wanted this photograph restored back to what it originally was. Keeping the sepia tone and having it framed in 7x5”, this brought the photograph back to the family.
